3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
3.2. Additional work beyond the original scope will be charged separately.
3.3. Payment is required upon completion of work.
3.4. We accept cash, credit cards, and direct bank transfers.

4. Warranties

4.1. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.
4.2. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied parts and materials.
4.3. Warranty claims must be reported promptly.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Provide accurate information about plumbing issues.
5.2. Ensure site access during scheduled service times.
5.3. Inform us of any site-specific hazards or requirements.

6. Liability

6.1. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
6.2. Our liability is limited to the cost of rectifying the specific work performed.
6.3. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or issues.

7. Cancellation

7.1. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation.
7.2. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
7.3. Emergency callouts cancelled after dispatch will be charged.

8. Privacy

8.1. We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. Client information is used only for service delivery and legal requirements.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Disputes will be handled through negotiation in good faith.
9.2. Unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation.
